Rihanna is renting out her California home for R650 000 per month.
The 'Pour It Up' singer has decided to make her property in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, available to tenants, according to RadarOnline.com.
The 1 000 square meter pad should be an attractive proposition for renters as it boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, all with incredible four meter ceilings and a rooftop sun deck area.
Anyone who wants to enjoy the great LA weather can do so in the 500 square meter outdoor garden area and if the temperature becomes too hot to handle then you can cool off in the 6m by 12m infinity pool.
Rihanna purchased the property in 2012, but due to her relentless touring schedule and non-stop work commitments she didn't stay there enough to make it worth keeping the home free for her use.
The 25-year-old R'nB superstar also owns a luxury mansion in her native Barbados, that she paid R220 million for.
Rihanna is currently finalising R96 million worth of renovations to her beach front home, including building her own private nightclub and three themed bars.
A source previously said: "Rihanna wants to transform this home into the perfect place to party and relax in. It's going to be incredible."
